I create more than designs for objects—I am creating for the moments that they are a part of. By paying attention to the smaller details of each day, we can brighten our lives for the better.

I believe that to live with intention is to celebrate all moments, big and small.

By thoughtfully surrounding ourselves with unique artwork and design, we can stay connected to one another, and we can transform our daily lives from ordinary into extraordinary.

My name is Rosana Aziernicki. I’m a Surface Designer and Artist based in Los Angeles, California and the creator of Antenna Studio.

I began my art career in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a fashion designer. My curiosity took me to London, where I studied at The London College of Fashion. Soon after, I traveled through various parts of Europe, the north of Africa and then Asia. My wanderlust finally landed me in Los Angeles, where I’ve been ever since.

I started Antenna Studio as my own creative space, and it quickly turned into a hub for emerging artists to host gallery shows. It also gave me the liberty to experiment with painting, printmaking and collage. 

I soon developed my own process to transfer images to wood, leather, and canvas by hand, making useful, one-of-a-kind objects such as purses, wallets, and pillows, as well as printed goods and unique art pieces. This new practice inspired me to enroll myself at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena to take a class on surface design. I fell in love with this practice which so meaningly connects my two passions of art and design. 

Since then, I’ve been working on surface design collections from my new home studio, continuing my research through online classes and artist groups. Even after leaving my previous gallery space, I decided to keep the name Antenna Studio as a symbol of the connective power of good art and design. 

My artwork is available for licensing, and I welcome art buyers, art directors and anyone with an idea for collaborations or commissions to get connected.
